Swimming lessons for babies, toddlers and children
from 6 months to 8 years
Start date 6th January 2020
Half term 17th-23rd February
End date 4th April 2020
Saturday from 9am – 6pm
Tuesday 9am – 1pm (the pool is closed for cleaning in the afternoon)
Each lesson is half an hour long
You have the choice of individual, 1 to 2 or 1 to 3 lessons. Whether you choose 1 to 1 lessons dedicated to your child or 1 to 3 for children to learn to swim with siblings or friends, you can rest assured of high-quality, professional teaching.

If your child is nervous or anxious around water or has had a bad experience in the past, we are here to help. We are able to accommodate children with a variety of specific needs.
Learning to swim keeps your children safe
Most children love the water but we all know that it’s important to learn how to swim properly from a young age in order to stay safe whilst having fun.
Whether you’re in your local swimming pool or at the beach, knowing how to swim is a life-long skill. We take safety very seriously and teach your child how to keep themselves safe.
Swimming is fun and great exercise
Children enjoy swimming with their family and friends. Learning to swim helps them to keep fit. It helps to develop stamina, strength, balance and flexibility.
Swimming is good for the heart and lungs. Swimming provides a challenge and is great for their self-confidence. It helps children to become sociable.
Sandridge Swim School
All our teachers are fully qualified, professional swimming teachers who are trained to a high standard.
We teach complete beginners who are nervous of the water through to improvers so that every child becomes a confident swimmer. Your child will be taught to swim using the proper technique.
Knowing how to swim will allow your children to participate in numerous other sports such as sailing, canoeing, kayaking, diving and water polo.
